American Bar Association - Family Law Section The ABA Section of Family Law has a web site created for use by the general public. It offers information about differences in state laws for divorce, child support and other issues. The site contains tables and summaries, for ease of use and understanding.
The Legal Information Institute Family Law LII is an internationally known institute which provides legal information to the public. LII's Family Law section offers articles covering a number of family law topics. It also contains pertinent statutes and case law.
Office of Child Support Enforcement The OSCE is a division of the Administration for Children and Families [ACF]. It is responsible for administering the Child Support Enforcement Program [CSE], a partnership between federal, state and local levels. The CSE offers services to promote family self-sufficiency. It aids custodial parents in issues ranging from establishing paternity to support orders and even aids in collecting support payments. There are also services offered to non-custodial parents.
Child Calculator Information including worksheets and instructions from The Minnesota Child Support Enforcement Division on how to calculate approximate child support; keep in mind that the court has the final authority to determine support.
Child Welfare Information Gateway The Child Welfare Information Gateway offers access to information and resources geared toward helping children and families. It was formerly known as the National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information and the National Adoption Information Clearinghouse.
Children's Rights Council The Children's Rights Council is a non-profit entity which works toward helping children maintain and experience the relationship with two parents that a child would have when his or her parents were married. The emphasis on continual, meaningful contact helps maintain continuity for children.

State Marriage License Requirements This site offers a state by-state chart of all the information you would need for the marriage requirements of each state.

This data includes information on the current marital status of people by sex, age and race. It also has reports from studies that collect data on the marital history of the population.
